What is the staple type?
Punch Filled (or Staple set) brushes are produced by stapling tufts of wire, filaments or natural fibres securely into a plastic, wood, steel or aluminium body to create the desired configuration to suit the cleaning application. It’s the most traditional brush-producing process. Due to the low cost staple Set brushes can be manufactured to suit most applications and can be configured to give the optimum result. Staple tufting is a method of, the galvanized wire is cut and shaped like a U type to hold bundles of filaments, and stapled into a brush block punched with holes. The number of holes, filament density and holder type vary, allowing many different types of brushes to be made.
