What's the tufting types?
There are two tufting types: anchor type and staple type.
Anchor type, use flat wire cross hole and seize up fiber, see below picture:
Staple type, use round wire shaped as a triangle to seize up filaments and insert hole.
For staple type, plastic blocks must be thick enough, normally not less than 12mm, otherwise brush blocks will be punched through by the U-shaped round wire; for anchor type, thickness of plastic block can be relatively thin.
One machine is designed as one kind of tufting system, either flat wire or round wire, cannot be with two kinds of tufting system for exchanging in the same machine.
